The workout of doooom....
Ooourgh .... note to self:
4 sets of sixteen reps of crunches will hurt.
Especially if you have been very lazy and non-athletic until two days ago. I am sooo out of shape. *pout*
For some reason, though, my legs are perfectly fine. You'd think they'd be the ones complaining about the twenty-five minute sprint of StairClimber level 5. Wierd.
