Huh.

Since the university servers don't seem to allow a connection through to AIM (and by extension, Trillian), I've been stuck to using Googletalk.

Poking around the library's website, however, seems to have unearthed yet another alternative.

Like Trillian, but portable and non-downloading. I'm just trying it for starters right now, but I'll try to give a review in a short while.
