Simple pleasures
Mar. 20th, 2004 11:56 amGot back to work on Black Angel last night (thank you, Underworld OST). Hopefully will continue tonight, after a good nine straight hours of painting.
For those of you waiting on comission works, I assure you that I'll be getting to them as soon as I can have enough wiggle room to not stress about juried crits next month. I apologize for the nasty lag-time. For some bizarre reason, art-for-money is being seconded to art-for-fancy-piece-of-paper, and I hope you can understand that for the time being.
And now for the real reason I posted today.
The brightness on this computer screen was turned way down when I logged on in the library, so when I checked my journal, my Maji icon was nearly completely dark ... except for the burning-white eyes and the word BOOM. *smiles like a drunken sage* Oh, yeaaaah ... cool. It really is the simple things that perk up my day.
Though fancy and elaborate things are welcome, too.
