I am le tired.
Dec. 15th, 2006 04:12 pmThere's few things indeed like waking at an ungodly hour to write not one, but two exams, only to find upon signing into the system at the university that the more scary of the tests underwent a server error, is delayed, and now open till the 20th this month.
Sigh. I'd be disappointed if it wasn't for the section of my brain going, "OhthankgodIneedtostudymore." Really, I wanted to be done, and now I'm back into the cycle of working the weekend. Ahwell. Five days is five days.
Speaking of five days, I'm almost done my Yuletide assignment, and frankly? I'm liking it. I want to make someone happy with this thing. Likely going to rewatch the source material for details after work tonight.
Unfortunately, though... I am tired. Really, really tired. I have not been able to feel 100% awake nor completely rested for at least the better part of a month, so I really don't think it's all about the exams. It's bothering my eyes when I read, interrupting my concentration, and making me utterly dread going to work. I've been cutting back on my caffeine, I drink unsugared tea instead of coffee, I've been eating better, I've been trying anything from six hours of sleep to ten... seriously, people... any idea what might be wrong? Should I try the frying pan approach to it all?
Though I do have a purring cat sleeping next to my head every night, without fail. That's been constant for six months.
And to add to the chorus... dude, LJ? STOP FIXING UNBROKEN THINGS. This new update/edit page? ANNOYS ME.
