Ten things thing.

A while back, toxictattoo posted a meme stating ten things that made him happy. Being who he is, he diffused the challenge of the meme, letting those who want to take it up do at their own choice.

It's nearing 3 in the morning here, and as I bed down, I think I feel like sharing ten happy things with the world.

1. November 6th. Less than a month away, now. eeeeeee
2. I'm in bed, cozy under covers, with a sleeping cat snuggled up against my butt.
3. I have a laptop with a working power cord once more. God, it was like having someone cut off an extra arm, then finally give it back again. So I have three arms.
4. Spider Jerusalem. ... what?
5. I like signing on to World of Warcraft, then doing nothing. All I wanna do is exploit their voice chat servers for a chance to remember that some people really do type like they speak and some things don't change.
6. I'm watching through the first season of Boston Legal with my mom... even though I have to censor a little of my commentary regarding Alan Shore.
7. I've been listening to more music... and have found a delightful new stash of modern cinematic composers, and listening to Shine on You Crazy Diamond Parts 1-7 as I drive.
8. My coworkers, all boys now that my supervisor quit, are all sweethearts. We all spoil each other with caffeine, sugar, and nasty jokes. My supervisor expressed some kind of regret when she realized that I would be the only girl left on the staff... and then conceded that two of the guys are girly enough to count, so maybe I wouldn't be.

10. I have one more day off tomorrow and can therefore sleep in. Go me.
