Rambles.

I can't sleep.

Oddly, this isn't a half-bad thing. I'm just getting over a cold, so every now and then I'm struck with the kind of short-of-breath, sore-throat coughing that one only gets in the wake of having a snot-clogged head, which is comparable only to the lingering, sexy snork sounds I make when the kleenex box is too far away to reach. Maybe I'm a bit of an optimist.

I have one day of classes left, and it's not even a Thursday. On Monday, I have my Anthro final and my Computer Science final assignment is due to be turned in. Then I have my Art History final Thursday night. Then my Computer Science final the Thursday after that. Nothing in between, and nothing after.

Well, yeah, a little after. Paying off tuition, registering for classes, then summer, and then nine courses, lather and rinse and hand me two parchments, thank you ma'am and sir. But, short plan, I'm done. Almost.

I might be getting a second job over the summer. I might be getting more hours of the current one. I'm going to be a part of the dragonboat races for the college. I'm going to get my ass into overdrive and be able to point people at a website come August. I'm going to write again, and more, and draw again, and more.

And in three weeks and three days, I'm not even going to be here for a while.

I can make plans, see?



I sleep now. That worked.
