I made art! And then I coloured it!



I just realized a bit of a habit that I do when I use Photoshop. I don't paint with it, I draw with it.

Which sounds both pretentious and indecipherable for anyone who hasn't had the difference drilled into their skulls by various instructors over the years, but I'm not a painter. I've never taken any class in painting or colour use, or oils or watercolours... only drawing and drawing and drawing. Huh.

Anyhow, Seberak. There were conversations during this piece about how much it would suck to be his dentist. A conclusion was reached that the poor soul would probably just turn on the nitrous and pray for the best.

When I graduated high school, my parents gave me a gift of two bottles of champagne, with the intent of me saving them for a special occasion. One is reserved for finishing my degree. I have to apply to graduate next week. This, strangely, is the most nerve-racking thing I've had to plan on doing in a long, long time. Perhaps it's because it might just be the one thing I haven't done yet in my time in post-secondary. One way or another, it's getting done.

Then I just need to decide whether or not to drink my bottle of champagne in December or when convocation actually rolls around in May.
