Art - My Lambert Pony
Jan. 18th, 2010 12:32 amHe is finished!

This is my third My Little Pony alteration, and dude if this wasn't addictive and fun. I mean, yes, I was calling curses down on costume designers and fuzzy YouTube videos, because damn it, there weren't all that many clear photos of his costume from The Zodiac Show, but I'm very pleased with how this turned out.
It was a learning experience, too. Here's hoping it'll get easier and crazier.
So, details... this started out as an unidentified My Little Pony 3rd gen toy, sculpted with Sculpey, painted with acrylic paints, garnished with gold crimping beads and chain and eyelets for his earrings, then glazed, and rehaired with the same pony's hair and a black wig.
Somehow I think I could have added more glitter.
( More photos after the cut... )
