Villians and breakfast.

Thanks to phone calls, high winds outside my window, and the shenanigans of a cat chewing on one of my new paintbrushes, I'm starting to wiggle my way towards a respectable waking hour. Respectable being almost-still-single-digit-in-the-morning waking hour. Almost. It's a gradual thing.

The good news, though, is that as I was watching Stargate SG1 over breakfast, I started getting ideas for tekMage, and now must doodle them.

Pop-culturally speaking on the show, though, and I have no idea how far behind I am on Stargate happenings because it's been years, but dammit, I wanted Anubis to do something really evil like take Jonas for a host or something. Because Jonas was too freaking adorable and nice-guy to just walk back to his home planet with his adorable arm in an adorable sling with an adorable "feed my fish, guys." He should have become evil. Adorable makes the best evil...

Not to mention I think that Anubis is a total pansy going around in his Ringwraith cosplay. Good, intimidating villians can make eye contact... they don't hide behind a hood and a phallicly compensatory ship. That blows up anyway. Symbolic, man.

I only have about three hours before work, and still need vital things like clothing and body cleansing. If anyone needs me, drop me a message, I'll be checking back when I'm not naked or between fits of sketchy frustration.
