urbanamazonI finally got a chance to go back to Westwood. Granted, it was for an awards ceremony that took way too long that I didn't even need to be at, but I got to see people.
Or not see people, given that I was probably the only member of the graduating class that bothered to go. I'm glad I heard news of them, though. Good news, too. Kristy got into Queens. Queens! Good going, Kristy. You worked for it.
It was really good to see everyone else though. I've missed my minions... Livejournal's pretty much been the only way that I can keep up with what everyone's doing. I got to see Brit's purple hair, Liz's wig, the half-finished set for Les Miz... I saw Mr. Zeglen, Mrs. Shimmons, Mr. Eddy, Mrs. Towsley ...
I miss people. Sometimes I wish I hadn't grown up and left. Not really regret, just being nostalgic. It was really good to sit in with Liz, Jigg, and Sam during French class... even though there were a few inside jokes that I wish I could've understood.
I'm just glad that I'm still a part of them. I got a rush when Bryn flying-tckled my and nearly dislocated my shoulder. I was giddy in the middle of a mob-hugging. And there were the long-absent Finger Orgies(c)!
For the record, yes; I can still giggle like a schoolgirl. I was in school and I have no penis. Go figure.
As for the title... This is the product of two hours of sitting on my ass in an overly heated and crowded gymnasium for no reason at all. I think I've got entire sketchbooks that fall under that category ...
